Terms of Service
Last updated: March 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of Eidoncore. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Eidoncore ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Account registration
To use Eidoncore, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your registration information is accurate and up to date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate registration information.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Plans
Eidoncore offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month), and Enterprise ($79/month). Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Plan details and resource limits are listed on our Pricing page.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free Pro trial. No credit card is required. After the trial period, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan with reduced resource limits. Existing data is preserved.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
4. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all content and data you create or upload to Eidoncore ("Your Data"), including but not limited to:
- Projects, tasks, and associated metadata
- Client information and CRM records
- Invoices, services, and financial records
- Uploaded files and documents
- Comments, notes, and communications
We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We process Your Data solely to provide the Platform's services. You can export Your Data in JSON format at any time through Settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Eidoncore to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data
- Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or resource restrictions
- Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.
6. Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for the Eidoncore platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service providers, or force majeure events.
7. White-label and custom domains
Enterprise plan subscribers may use custom domains and white-label branding. By configuring a custom domain, you represent that you own or have authorization to use that domain. DNS verification is required before custom domains are activated. We are not responsible for DNS configuration errors or domain-related issues on your end.
8. Intellectual property
Eidoncore, its design, code, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of Eidoncore and are protected by applicable laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform during your subscription period. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eidoncore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform will be revoked
- You may export Your Data within 30 days of termination
- After 30 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted
- Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
