Yes. Messaging is included on all plans with plan-based limits: Free (10 channels, 10 members/channel, 30 days retention), Pro (50 channels, 30 members/channel, 90 days), and Enterprise (unlimited everything).
Yes. Mark any message as "internal" in project or organization channels. Internal messages are only visible to agency staff — client contacts in the same channel won't see them.
